Jeton was a great audiophile label from Germany. Behind the name Jeton stood the little but fine recordings studio “Tonstudio Bauer” from Ludwigsburg.
They made in the 70s and early 80s some of the best sounding records worldwide and these records are very very hard to find. But most of them can you find on CD (under the label BELL).
Under the most desirable records are, of course, the recordings of the “direct-to-disc”-Serie, that was very limited. The sound is great, non-spectacular, right warm, even closer to the reality.
This is one of the last rips (March 22, 2014) made with the Sumiko Black Bird before the crash

This time, (almost) no de-clicking needed
If You hear some clicks and pops here and there, Who cares?
Id rather have a few light anomalies instead of destroying the music. Enjoy the music, not the ticks & pops.
