    About this sound Tune (help·info)

“Wie schön leuchtet der Morgenstern” (How lovely shines the morning star) is a hymn by Philipp Nicolai written in 1597 and first published in 1599. The hymn for Pentecost “O Heilger Geist, kehr bei uns ein” by Michael Schirmer (de) is sung to the same tune.” Wikipedia

Phew!!! When the orchestra begins this chorale, the tension between the strings and brass is so gorgeous, and spacious in sound. It is all so well done it is a prize.
Thanks Jean Luc and Alf for this recorded gem!
    I love it!
