  1. I never heard some thing from this label Audite.
They probably have good engineer + Rachmaninov ………
😆 I’m lucky to discover your Mahler N°5
Could you please reminder your actuel cartridge and which turn table you used to rip this one.
I know you have both do you found some difference result betwen them.
The result is so magnificent I’m Interesting by the technical part
Many thank’s take care Rach I need your Rip 😉

    • Hi Michel….this was made, as usual, with the ProJect + Sumiko Evolution III.

Check these here, so you will never again say, you don’t know AUDITE, but say: AUDITE is a great audiophile label 😉

Take care….i will never let you go (you=all my children) and will post High-End-Music ’till i’ll be able to breathe

    • OK..the turntables have a little determination in the goodness of the rip, if they are both in the same level. Indeed, my Clearaudio is much much more expensive than the ProJect, but it’s something for the eye…if you know what i mean. With a little advantage for Clearaudio – Ok, at last, more mass is better for a quieter sound.

The most important thing is the cartridge – the good sound rises and falls with it. I must say: the Denon SE 103 is a great and incredible musically, neutral and absolutely balanced system… cannot find a better one in the 1000 EUR class. The Evo III is a little cheaper (Denon 500-600 EUR – Evo III 300-400 EUR) and has a great temperament…like a spanish girl, full of fire and fieryness. On the opposite, the Denon is a wonderful Lady, with a “grandezza” that you find only in noblesse – Yes, this is it…Grandezza vs. hottest-great-sound

      • I love the way you used to speak about the Sumiko Cartridge ….I understand everything with this word. Probably a part of the sound of “Your Massenet Le cid” A real big dicover for me.

Many thanks for this splendid N°5 of Mahler.
Coincidence or not to night on Arte TV we have a Mahler evening. Good night Maestro!

        • Found other Mahler-Symphonies (1,2,3,6,7) on Audite, virgin new and sealed 🙂 Hope to get them all digitalized before my vacation

          • For some records the high Def 24/192kHz is an evidence. Even if the files are big we have the full dynamic the details in the quite moment all the things we have in the music of Mahler ….
we are waiting fore the rest 😀 😎

            • That’s the fact, mon ami-le-cousin-francais
In a few days i’ll get the Mahler-gems and hope to digitalize and post them before vacation
