  1. I’m going on 77 years old; this is the stuff of my earlier years, and before. We’ve had a lot of technological advances; but these guys were great!

  2. I fully agree with celibidache who said “this is canned food”. But … who cares about it, if, sometimes, your brain is able to reconstruct just a little bit of the atmosphere created by strauss … krauss … furtwangler … and you will completely forget the meaning of “sound quality”. This is the intrinsic quality of some of the historical recordings encrypted on this box. Many thanks for giving me the opportunity to transcend the time by listening to these gems.
