Superb Baroque Pieces

I had never heard of the composer Tartini before buying the cd. Tartini wrote violin concertos that are baroque in style. The music is low-key mellow stuff that is great background music for an office or a party. Tartini’s style seems to be very different from the more up-tempo Vivaldi. The playing on the cd is excellent – particularly the violin soloists. This is a great cd for the price.
